Srishti M. Bathija is the Chief Financial Officer – MPL Group of Manali Petrochemicals Limited, part of the AM International Group. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing group finance and controllership and works closely with the Board and leadership team to support the Group’s long-term growth and value creation agenda.

Srishti brings over a decade of experience across petrochemicals, agribusiness, financial services, and transaction advisory, with expertise across strategic finance, M&A, business transformation, and investor and board engagement.

Prior to joining Manali Petrochemicals Limited, Srishti served as Chief Financial Officer and Director at TIMAC Agro India, a subsidiary of Groupe Roullier (France), where she built and scaled the finance function, led enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, and supported high-growth expansion through strategic pricing and operational restructuring. Earlier, she was part of PwC’s Deals & M&A Advisory practice and has also worked with Goldman Sachs (Global Treasury) and Deloitte Haskins & Sells, gaining strong experience across transactions, financial management, risk, and compliance.

Srishti is a Chartered Accountant, a CFA Level I candidate, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accountancy & Finance).

Chandra Mohan Bowry FCCA is a Non-Executive Director at Notedome Limited and PennWhite Limited. He is an experienced Chartered Certified Accountant and specialises in accounting, taxation and company secretarial services.

He has worked with various accounting firms and was a Partner at Pritchard Fellows and Co until his retirement in 2015. He was also the Chief Accountant at an international firm of consulting engineers.

Chandra Mohan received his certification as a Chartered Accountant in 1970. He was also a board member and treasurer of the Langley Park Golf Club, UK.

Tobias Tasche is the CEO of PennWhite Limited. He is responsible for the overall performance and development of the company. He is also responsible for growing PennWhite’s footprint in the UK and Europe, taking its expertise to the Indian and other global markets.

Tobias comes with 25 years’ experience in regional and global roles in downstream oil products and speciality petrochemicals, in the UK, and elsewhere in Europe, Africa and the East. His expertise spans general management, supply chain and operations. Earlier, he had worked in product development, technical services, product management and business development in the retail and B2B domains.

Prior to his current role, Tobias worked in executive roles in Shell International, Gulf Oil International and most recently was Managing Director of SIP Speciality Oils and Fluids, a speciality chemicals distributor in London. He is a Member of the Institute of Directors (UK) and a Member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (US).

Tobias holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente, the Netherlands.

Hugo Chardon is the Head of Strategy for AM International Holdings Pvt Ltd (AMIH) and is based between the UK and Singapore. He oversees planning and strategy development, economic studies, and mergers & acquisitions/divestitures.

He is responsible for developing the company’s strategic-planning processes, forging synergies across the organization, driving organic and inorganic growth, and formulating the company’s ESG strategy. Hugo also serves on the board of PennWhite’s parent company Manali Petrochemicals Limited and its UK subsidiary Notedome Limited.

He is also the Co-Founder and Director of Investments of London-based venture capital Amrock Ventures Ltd, which invests in innovative companies and visionary founders with a long-term horizon.

⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠Hugo holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, Brazil, and a Master of Sciences in asset management – applied econometrics from IAE Paris-Est, France.

Devaki Muthiah Chardon is a Director on the Board of AM UK Holdings. As a part of the leadership team, she drives the group’s strategic growth plans across Singapore, India and the UK to accelerate its future-readiness.

⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠Devaki also serves on the board of PennWhite’s parent company Manali Petrochemicals limited and its UK Subsidiary, Notedome Limited. Till 2023, she served as a senior analyst at an independent investment management firm in London. In addition, she has actively volunteered as a mentor for GAIN (Girls are Investors) charity in the UK.

Devaki holds a Master of Arts in Business Management from the University of Edinburgh. In 2024, Devaki obtained a certification in Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL).
