Safety Compliance
PennWhite prepares Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for its products in accordance with the requirements of REACh Regulation (EC) 1907/2006, amended by Regulation (EU) 2020/878. Our Safety Data Sheets are available on request.
Several raw materials used in our blended products fall under the scope of EU REACh and UK REACh. We have received assurances from our UK-based suppliers that relevant EU REACh registrations have been transferred to an EU entity or Only Representative. Both our EU and UK based suppliers have expressed their intention to pursue UK REACh registration for the applicable raw materials.
