Ramesh has an extensive background in senior sales roles realted to silicone based surfactants and speciality chemicals. He holds degrees in both chemistry and marketing and has experience of varied market sectors and applications.

Phil qualified as a chartered accountant whilst working for a well-known accounting and professional services firm. Since qualifying he has held senior finance roles and has a background in statutory accounting, as well as commercial and corporate finance.

Mo guides our critical day-to-day production, warehousing and logistics operations and ensures our Middlewich facilities are optimised for efficiency.

Mo received his Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Aston University and has over a decade of plant design, continuous improvement and production management experience in GMP and COMAH environments.

Dr David Kennedy leads our experienced technical team in product development, formulation governance and quality control.

David obtained his PhD in Chemistry from the University of Glasgow and has an extensive experience of surfactant chemistry applications in brewing, food production, personal care and domestic cleaning applications.

Michael is a MRSC CChem and has spent over 30 years in chemical manufacturing and distribution in customer facing roles, including sales, new business development and key account management, for blue chip companies such as BP Chemicals, Koch Industries and Perstorp across international territories. Prior to joining PennWhite, Michael managed UK and Ireland accounts for a major distrubutor of speciality chemicals.

Morgan joined Pennwhite in June 2023 and looks after UK based customers and the Printing division.

Prior to joining the sales team, Morgan worked for more than 6 years at Beckers Group, a global coatings company. He started as a Junior development chemist and then became a Sales Liaison officer. Morgan holds a degree in MBiolSci, Biochemistry from the University of Liverpool.

Chris holds a PhD in materials science and has extensive experience in key account development, commercialising new technologies and technical sales. He has worked for both SME and major global organisations, including PPG, and was most recently business development manager for Aqdot, a commercial spin-off of Cambridge University.

David Garner leads the sales and business development efforts globally for PennWhite Limited.

David has extensive experience in senior sales, marketing and development roles in manufacturing businesses of all sizes throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Leicester University.

Tobias is the CEO of PennWhite Limited. He is responsible for the overall performance and development of the company. He is also responsible for growing PennWhite’s footprint in the UK and Europe and taking its expertise to the Indian and other global markets.

Tobias has over 25 years’ experience in regional and global roles in downstream oil products and speciality petrochemicals, in the UK, and elsewhere in Europe, Africa and the East. His expertise spans general management, supply chain and operations. Earlier, he worked in product development, technical services, product management and business development in the retail and B2B domains.

Prior to his current role, Tobias worked in executive roles in Shell International, Gulf Oil International and most recently was Managing Director of a speciality chemicals distributor in London. He is a Member of the Institute of Directors (UK) and a Member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (US).

Tobias holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente, the Netherlands.
