PennWhite makes progress on new India plant
We’re working closely with engineers and contractors to fit out our new manufacturing plant in India.
This week, PennWhite’s Operations Manager Mo Farah (opposite, left) is in Chennai meeting suppliers of key production equipment to ensure they meet our demanding requirements. Completion of the plant will be a significant milestone on our journey to provide high performance foam control for our customers in the region.

PennWhite expand team in India
We’re pleased to announce that G S Raj Kumar has joined our subsidiary PennWhite India as Executive – Maintenance Engineer.
Raj Kumar holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and has extensive experience in a range of roles that will enable him to play a key part in the development of our new manufacturing plant in Oragadam (Chennai). Once commissioned, he will oversee the plant’s maintenance program to ensure it operates at peak efficiency, helping us provide foam control solutions for our customers in the region just when they need them.

We’re attending the 28th edition of the Pesticides Manufacturers & Formulators Association of India (PMFAI) International Crop-Science Conference and Exhibition in New Delhi this week.
PennWhite India’s Head of Sales & Marketing Ramesh Ramar is attending the conference as part of our commitment to satisfying the foam control needs of organisations who produce food-security critical agricultural products, such as pesticides and fertilizers. By improving process control we deliver peace of mind, and improved efficiency, to manufacturers in this important sector.

PennWhite’s new Development Chemist
We’re very please pleased to announce that Jennifer Garland has joined PennWhite’s Technical Team as our new Development Chemist.
Jenny has most recently worked at a leading FMCG company as part of a team tasked with delivering sustainable surfactant-based solutions for personal care applications. Holding a MSc in Chemistry, she will play a leading role in PennWhite’s product development program as we accelerate work with our external partners and Commercial Team to deliver advanced solutions for our customers.
