On 30th November 2022 PennWhite Ltd and PennWhite Print Solutions Ltd were acquired by Manali Petrochemicals Ltd through AMCHEM Speciality Chemicals Private Ltd (Singapore), which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Manali Petrochemicals Ltd.
Our Middlewich site will continue to formulate and manufacture an extensive range of specialist chemical process aids, and our office, sales and technical teams will still be on hand to offer the high level of service you have come to expect from PennWhite.
The resources and expertise of our new parent company will help PennWhite engage with a broader customer base and continue the growth we have achieved over the last decade whilst continuing to provide superior chemical solutions to our customers, old and new, across the globe.
